The player moves Susan using the cursor keys left and right, took note of this when passing manipulable objects and can then trigger actions by means of several special keys. The Cat Lady is kept in 2D and is controlled entirely with the keyboard.
In several chapters, it is important to explore alternate Ashworth’s subconscious and their real environment and to give her a perspective for the future life despite several setbacks. She lives after losing their job alone, and their only reference point to the outside world are the cats of the neighborhood that go with her on and off. The player assumes the role of Susan Ashworth, a stand-alone middle-aged woman who no longer cope with their lives. It is attributed to the horror genre because of numerous explicit depictions of violence, deal with complex content but, psychological developments.
